Overview
Switch 125 by Ritmo is an innovative modular welding machine offering a “two products in one” configuration for welding thermoplastic pipes and fittings from Ø 25 to 125 mm. The system is composed of two complementary units to increase flexibility on site and streamline vertical and in-field welding operations.

Technology
Equipped with a patented-pending friction-based lockable system, Switch 125 prevents gravitational sliding of the carriage and its unintended opening. This mechanism gives the operator precise sensitivity in controlling pressure during the heating (via a multi-fusion heater and sockets) and the subsequent welding phases, making it suitable for vertical welds and on-site use.

Distinctive features
Three self-centering clamps with side knobs provide accurate fixation of pipe and fitting. Reducer inserts allow operation across the full Ø 25–125 mm range. Clamps are removable and reversible for fast reconfiguration. The manual socket rotates rapidly in its seat to change fusion direction and save time.

Complete system
Switch 125 is a bench-type welder with an anodized aluminum frame. It features retractable feet for floor or table work, depth selectors and a plate separation device for consistent weld quality, plus side handles for quick positioning. A portion of the structure can be detached to transform the unit into JIG Prime (detachable part ~8.5 kg), offering a compact, balanced solution for confined or vertical operations.
