SIGMA 800 PRO is the new band saw designed for cutting PE, PP, PVDF, and PVC pipes with diameters up to 800 mm. It allows both straight and angled cuts ranging from -30° to +30°. For angle cuts from -45° to + 67.5° up to a diameter of 655 mm. Cut preparation is quick and easy, ensuring precise results. Special attention has been given to safety, with features such as a blade-holding arm that slides on spherical bearings and operating controls positioned safely away from the cutting area. Auxiliary devices help reduce blade stress during cutting, minimizing routine maintenance. The SIGMA 800 PRO can be equipped with a dedicated blade kit specifically for cutting PP-R pipes. Compact in size yet offering wide cutting angles, it is a professional solution for demanding applications. This band saw is the ideal companion for the ALFA series welding machines, enabling the fabrication of special fittings from pipe sections, such as bends, slings, tees, and crosses.
