Pushrod system which provides no risk of resin contamination when the sensor is damaged.
Longtime seller of resin pressure sensor.
Main features
Environment friendly
The use of a pushrod design eliminates the risk of resin contamination by the filling such as mercury.
Main specification
Pressure transducing method : 4 edge bonded strain gauge type Wheatstone bridge.
Range (Rated pressure) : Refer to pressure range code.
Accuracy and Linearity :
* For Hastelloy C : Contact to RKC
Hysteresis :
Within ±0.2% of span (1MPa type)
* For Hastelloy C : Contact to RKC
Allowable maximum temperature of diaphragm : 400°C
Allowable maximum temperature of diaphragm: 150°C
* When the surface temperature of the lower part of the external case is
134°C, the temperature of the strain gauge is 150°C.
If the temperature of the strain gauge exceeds 150°C, performance cannot
be maintained. Please isolate the sensor from the heat source by covering
the heat source.
Another solutions may include: Extending the sensor stem length, installing
the sensor at an angle or horizontally, and so on. These methods are expected
to suppress the temperature rise on the strain gauge.
Allowable overload pressure : 120% of span
[1000% of span for LLA type (0.5MPa), 500% of span for LLA type (1MPa)
Marginal overload: 150% of span
[2000% of span for LLA type (0.5MPa), 1000% of span for LLA type (1MPa
