Overview
Hammer mill screens with rasp perforation are engineered for fine grinding applications where reduced clogging and extended service life are required. The louvre-shaped holes (narrow at the entry and wider at the exit) create a rasping surface that assists particle size reduction while allowing controlled particle passage. Compared with standard round perforation this geometry improves wear performance and reduces blocking risk.
