Description

RB-ROBOUT+ DUAL is an autonomous and collaborative mobile manipulator for industrial environments and it has been developed jointly with Tecnalia. Its main features are the bimanual mobile manipulation plus the combination of high payload 7-DOF collaborative arms with an omnidirectional platform. The electrical cabinets of these arms are integrated inside the robot itself. This double arm notably expands the robot’s handling possibilities, being able to carry out numerous industrial tasks such as pick & place, part positioning, screwing, assembly, loading and unloading or metrology. The functionalities can be expanded by the integration of different end-effectors and tools. This mobile manipulator is designed for indoor spaces and mounts two safety lasers, allowing you to work seamlessly in work environments with humans. RB-ROBOUT+ DUAL has a pneumatic circuit with a compressor as well as several power outlets that allow all kinds of sensors or tools to be mounted on the platform. The robot has an optional automatic charging station, which integrates an electropneumatic connector that allows charging the battery and supplying the pneumatic circuit while working connected to machinery or stations.
