Description

This heavy-duty, high-pin-count and zero-insertion-force PGA test socket is a rugged alternative to injection molded test sockets. The machined bottom plate, cam plate, and top plate are stacked and cased in a steel outer frame for support and longer lifespan. The test socket has a 32x32 array with a 2.54mm pitch (100mil) lever operated closure. It sits on a receptacle soldered to a PCB which allows for easy replacement or repair of the ZIF socket.
