The MV6 VarioLase is a Class 1 portable fiber laser marking system engineered for on-site marking of medium-to-large parts directly on the shop floor. How It Marks

• Laser engraving: Permanent visible indentation by selective melting and vaporization

Integrated Safety System
The unit includes an integrated safety seal in the contact nose: the laser only activates when the seal and required safety indicators are engaged. An LED status indicator on the handle provides clear device status feedback at all times.

MV6 LaseControl enables fast creation of complete marking layouts and direct generation of common 1D/2D codes. The software supports:
