Description

Removes blade bone of pig and sow shoulders from 5Kg to 27Kg. Eliminates manual pulling of the blade bone. Increases production up to 20%. Bone is removed clean of meat. Saves more than 20 grams of meat per piece. Avoids risk of llnesses in arms, back or neck and reduces absenteeism. Permits labour diversification, without the need of qualified workers. Pneumatically operated pulling system. Shoulders are put in the right position by means of a laser beam. Conveyor with acetal modular belt, with CIP cleaning system. Capacity: up to 2000 pieces/hour. Electronic control of total number of pieces. This machine can be adapted to any deboning line and it is manufactured according to EC standards.
