Our N ROULTEX® bearings are specifically designed for conveyors, ore trucks and conveyor belts.
This ROULTEX® bearing is designed to work without grease for all types of conveyors. Able to withstand abrasive dust and hard grains, as well as withstand high loads.
Our bearing has been developed thanks to a long experience in the steel industry, a great know-how and listening to your specific needs. Taking into account all the difficulties of the environment in which it must work; high loads, low speeds, pollution, heat...
Some conveyors such as coil conveyors present at the Steel Works may also be subjected to high temperatures.
The steel coils, once wound, are still at temperatures of up to 600 to 700°C.
The design of our ROULTEX® monobloc makes them “waterproof” to moisture and abrasive dust, thus limiting the risk of wear and failure due to their harsh working conditions.
