The "latest" of the ROULTEX patents, specially designed to operate at high temperatures, it is particularly suitable for equipping the rollers of continuous casting machines, especially those located at the start of the casting process, where the highest temperatures are found.
We have therefore developed a roller bearing whose inner and outer ring elasticity can take on all the geometric deformations due to temperature, and whose rustic design of the roller cage avoids any risk of jamming.
The roller cage has also been specially designed to avoid blockages due to geometric deformations and possible build-up of scale or other deposits, which is not the case for designs in which the bearing rollers are held in place by milled housings.
Our roller cages are reinforced and non-deformable.
These bearings have the following properties
- adequate elasticity
- sufficiently tight fit of both the outer ring in its housing and the inner ring on its shaft
- very easy to mount and dismount, requiring no specialised tools and allowing the possibility of recovering and re-mounting part of the material in the event of a problem such as a 'hole'.
