Description

The Roxane A is a versatile modular machine suitable for the production and sampling for liquid, powder or crystals raw materials. The productivity of this equipment depends on the type of use, and can reach over 1 800 dosages per day. QUALITY, PRECISION & REPEATABILITY Thanks to its highly sophisticated process of controlling the pumping system, each dosage is performed very accurately and repeatedly within the imposed tolerance window. The biggest advantage of this kind of pump is that the only part of the pump in contact with the pumped product is the inside of the tube. This makes it possible to move liquids and gases without risk of contamination of these fluids while respecting their composition. All operations are systematically tracked. USED TECHNOLOGIES Each liquid feedstock is pumped by connecting a unique, mobile, patented Roxane pump to its own fixed teflon tube. The engine of this pump for powders and crystals can also activate the dosing units of the hoppers containing the powder to be collected. ORGANISATION AND SETUP The Roxane A consists of two rows of raw material storage compartments. Between these rows, the robot transports the sampling system, the scale and the pot, successively to each of the raw materials to be dosed according to the formula. Its length can be adapted to the needs of each customer. The number of raw materials, which is not limited, generally ranges from 400 to 1 200.
