The double-cut solution for solid bars. The double cut saw SH 150-2 combined the high speed of sawing the tubes with the required flexibility in sawing different materials requested by the steel trade. The saw makes cuts in steel and stainless steel in diameters from 15 up to 101,6 mm in double cut, and up to 150mm in single cut. Due to the 2 or 3 meter dynamic gripper feed, and the continously adjustable cutting speed the SH 150-2 reaches an extremely high output. For example due to an high automation level with a CNC-saw forward feed and an automatic diameter adjustment of clamping jaws for the gripper feed the saw reaches short setup-times and therefor considerably cost savings.
