The Rasacut MC is a saw designed for high volume cutting, especially in the automotive, steel trade, furniture, and scaffolding industries. It features a high output yield which can reach up to 5,000 pcs/h within a short setup time. The model is a universal machine for round, square, and rectangular tubes with a double cut property. A pick and place system ensures the safe transfer of fixed lengths. The model also uses a linear motor which guarantees a resilient and precision high-speed forward feed of the material. It also eliminates the need for setting the diameter through the machine's CNC clamping vices. A dampened ball bearing spindle mounted for the saw forward feed lasts a long life and is free from any backlash.
