Overview
Integrated multi-lane stick cartoning packing line combining a form-fill-seal (strip/stick) unit with a cartoner to provide continuous, automated packing of sticks into cartons. Multiple strips are formed, filled (powder, granules or liquid), sealed and cut, then synchronized conveying counts and transfers packs into the cartoner for insertion into blanks and final closing.

Process Flow
Form-fill-seal forms several lanes of stick packs simultaneously with servo-driven timing and indexing. Filled strips are aligned, counted and optionally stacked, then moved by synchronized conveyors and a transfer/bucket conveyor to the cartoner. At the cartoning station a blank is erected from the magazine, sticks are loaded into the carton and the carton is closed and sealed to produce finished boxed packs.
