RUKO high performance tungsten carbide rotary burrs have aluminum toothing. They are designed for use with aluminum, non-ferrous metals, copper, brass, zinc, heat resistant steels, no-rusting steels, high-alloy steels, plastics and diecasts, to break edges, surface processing, process welding seams, trim and debur.
Cross toothing allows for a higher cutting capability compared to that of a simple toothing system. This is a benefit with difficult to cut materials. The tungsten carbide rotary burrs (TiCN) also come titanium carbon nitride coating (TC). The wear resistant coating significantly increases the hardness of the surface to approx 3,000 HV/micro harness to 400° C heat resistance which increases productivity and product life expectancy.
