Overview
HY7 is a hybrid-drive, multi-style wrapping machine designed for flat-base chocolate pralines and similar confectionery. It supports Twist (Side, Top, Double), Envelope, Bunch and Wallet formats with a production capability up to 700 ppm.

Hybrid drive concept
HY7 combines electronic control and mechanically optimized subsystems. Key units — feeding belts, pusher, elevator, folding group, twisters and ejector — are servo-driven and fully programmable for repeatability and stable quality. The twisting unit is driven by two servos to allow quick setup of revolution patterns; the folding group uses independently driven folders for element-level adaptation to product shape and film behavior.

Eco-friendly materials
The machine is developed and tested for compatibility with eco-friendly and biobased wrapping films. Laboratory tests conducted with biobased film suppliers and chocolate manufacturers validate handling and processing parameters for sustainable films.
