Description

Product overview
High-speed wrapping machine for chocolate tablets and bars handling a sealed inner film and an outer paper or cardboard blank. Capacity: up to 250 ppm.

Designed to be the fastest
HTB delivers one of the highest throughputs on the market, reaching up to 250 ppm with and without inclusions. The design removes speed-limiting elements: the long-seam flap is folded on the run during product transfer, and the folding box is oriented downward to exploit gravity and maximize throughput.

Eco-materials friendly
The flexible sealing system and modular design allow HTB to process a wide range of wrapping materials, including paper-based or cardboard outer wraps and sealed inner films compatible with eco/mono-material solutions.

High quality through high precision
Full-electronic drive and control architecture ensure precise management of machine functions, gentle product handling and repeatable top performance for consistent wrapping quality.

Predictive maintenance
Built-in predictive maintenance features enable real-time diagnostics and parameter tuning to optimize maintenance planning and extend machine lifecycle.

Key mechanical solutions
Notable kinematic and mechanical choices sustain speed and reliability: long-seam flap folded on-the-run, downward folding box, and a folding box implemented with three independently driven elements (two pushers + one counter-pusher supporting the product from below) to feed very thin products at high speed.

Easy changeover and maintenance
Fast size changeover via whole transfer-wheel replacement. Folding group and blank magazine are mounted on rails for easy access. Feeding and outfeed belts are removable thanks to the HTB middle-gap structure, reducing downtime and simplifying maintenance.

Additional factory/line features and modules
  • Sealed inner film handling (three-side sealed, aluminium/film options)
  • Outer paper/cardboard blank feeding and magazine
  • Transfer-wheel with double sealing station
  • Film unwinding units and splicer options
  • Down-pushers, counter-pusher and product-sustaining elements
  • Operator interface (HMI) for machine control and parameters
