A flexible casepacker with SMED solution and numerous options available. Cartons arrive on a velvet belt conveyor. They are grouped in row and stacked up by a lift cylinder. Empty shipper boxes are erected and positioned on 90° tipping support cradle. Bimanual commands by an operator generates tipping of the box, transfer of grouped cartons into case by lateral pusher. Cradle returns to initial position and full shipper box is manually transferred to the taping machine. Design features • OMRON PLC and PILZ display • Settings fitted with counters • Electrical supply: 400 V, 50 Hz + Neutral • Absorbed power: 1,5 kW • Electrical cabinet fitted to the frame • Operator security guaranteed by : - simultaneous activation of two push buttons needed to execute a cycle - non-contact BANNER guards - Pressure regulator on case tipping jack • Production speed: between 80 and 120 cartons can be packed in boxes per minute
