Overview
The S4Xe punching‑shearing center is an integrated sheet‑metal work center that automates loading, punching, forming, separation and unloading to deliver continuous, repeatable production for industrial applications while minimising manual handling and scrap.

Key features
  • Multi‑press head with die structure accommodating up to 96 tools; each tool individually actuated and permanently available to avoid in‑cycle changeovers.
  • Integrated shear with two independent 500 mm blades arranged orthogonally and fitted with blankholders for cuts of any length while preserving alignment.
  • Manipulator with 3030 mm stroke enabling processing of sheets up to 3048 mm without regrip; patented hand‑over system adapts dynamics to sheet weight.
  • Manipulator with 9 independently opening pincers to enable nesting and machining without holding scrap.
  • Adaptive controls for centring, manipulator dynamics, thermal expansion compensation and automatic shear clearance/force adjustment.


Process efficiency
The S4Xe performs feeding, punching, forming, separation and unloading within a single automated flow to maximise masked time operations and maintain continuous downstream feeding without intermediate manual handling.

Automation & modularity
The machine supports modular automation modules to increase autonomy and takt:
  • PD – automatic pack destacker for feeding from packs.
  • MD – single‑sheet store tower (6–15 trays) for JIT and batch‑one supply.
  • MV – multi‑tower tray store for mixed feeding from packs or single sheets.
  • IA – automatic table stacker for outfeed stacking.
  • MCU – dual Cartesian manipulator device for automatic part picking and stacking.


Software & Industry 4.0
Integrated software suite (FACE HMI, STREAM / STREAMPUNCH, OPS, LINKS) enables programming, nest optimisation, production management and IoT monitoring for ERP/MRP interfacing and real‑time performance analysis.
