CHARACTERISTICS
Drying cell for fresh pasta, fruit and vegetables.
Structure comprising thermal insulating panels joined together with an interlocking system, door comprising thermal panel edged with aluminium edging and stainless steel bottom, top and internal door-frame structure.
The drying process consists of:
• manual clockwise and anti-clockwise ventilation system,
• thermostat connected to the cell of the electrical heating resistors,
• temperature control thermometer,
• humidity control hygrometer,
• adjustable air intake valves.

*Upon request, the cell can be equipped with a PLC for automatic ventilation control.
The cell is equipped with 20 pasta collection trays formed by a wooden frame and Aisi 304 steel mesh surface.
