Vertical Degerminator SBM-DV The Vertical Degerminator SBM-DV 27/65 gathers a vast experience and research efforts of Sangati Berga in the field of processing of corn and its derivatives. With a compact and robust design, the SBM-DV 27/65 allows you optimize the space inside the installation, gathering a high degree of productive capacity and quality of the final product. An independently driven gearbox, responsible for product inflow to the machine, allows optimally dosing the product, taking advantage of the installed power and main engine throughput, while the upward flow of the product ensures the effectiveness of the degermination process. A sturdy steel frame supports properly the degermination screen, extending its life and reducing operating costs of the machine. For the same purpose, the degermination screen was divided in order to eliminate the need for a complete replacement in cases of partial damage or excessive use. The replacement of the screens is done through large side doors, reducing the time waste with the machine offline and maintenance costs. The rotor, as well as the coil of product insertion are made of a special alloy cast iron and finished with thermo-chemical treatment what provides them high abrasion resistance and thus durability.
