The SPS-150 combines modern CNC technology with simple operation. It is suitable for the efficient processing of spheres with a diameter of 10 up to 150 mm and impresses with excellent polishing results and outstanding user-friendliness. Efficiency redefined The SPS-150 is the perfect choice for simple and efficient polishing without compromising surface quality. Replacing the proven SPS-125, this polishing machine has an extended working range of Ø 10 up to 150 mm for processing spheres using the Synchrospeed process. As an option, the machine can also be used for polishing rotationally symmetric aspheres. The SPS-150 features “fluid-based polishing”, a polishing process in which the lens is surrounded by a flowing polishing medium and pressed against the tool without contact with the workpiece holder.
