Overview
INTELIS is a modular plug & play conveyor system developed by SAVOYE for handling light loads up to 32 kg. The solution provides decentralized control, 100% electric drives and an architecture designed for quiet, energy-efficient operation.

Modular design
The range is built from standard, independent modules delivered ready to install and connect on site. Each module includes its own mechanical and electrical structure and an embedded control unit, enabling rapid assembly and flexible layout changes.

Scalable installation
With a reduced number of parts and integrated connector system in the spars, INTELIS is quick to install and easy to extend or relocate. Electronic cards can be configured on site or remotely, and modules can be reused in new layouts for rapid reconfiguration.

Control and flow management
Control is fully decentralized: each module’s electronic card adapts behavior to its configuration and conveyed flow. Modules can automatically accelerate to catch up with downstream loads and accumulate packages without pressure to improve throughput and responsiveness.

Maintenance
Electronic cards and electrical boxes are easy to replace. Depending on the module, configuration is possible via encoder discs, remote transfer or SD memory card. The limited number of parts reduces spare-part inventory needs.
