Overview
Pick-to-Light and Put-to-Light solutions by SAVOYE are LED-based guidance systems (LED strips, illuminated displays) designed to increase picking and sorting accuracy, accelerate operations and improve operator ergonomics to reduce musculoskeletal disorders.

General operation
The Pick-to-Light system equips each storage or picking location with an illuminated display and a confirmation button. The system guides operators by lighting the exact location to pick and validates the action via the button, eliminating reliance on paper lists or handheld terminals.

Pick to Light — CART by LED
Ultra-light and highly maneuverable, the CART by LED picking cart is fitted with LED strips and displays to assist operators during picking rounds or replenishment. It can be controlled by a WMS or operate autonomously. Primary goals: visual guidance, error reduction, productivity gain and improved operator comfort.

Put to Light — PUT TO LIGHT
The Put-to-Light logic is the inverse of picking and is used for sorting and distribution to multiple destinations. After scanning an item, destination bin displays light up to indicate where to place the item. The solution is reconfigurable and can receive instructions from external systems (ERP, WMS) to execute sorting processes autonomously.
