INDEVA® AGVs offer a wide range of optional accessories to optimise and customise the operation of self-driving vehicles. Among the most important accessories is the Supervisor and Controller, which acts as the ‘brain’ of the system, coordinating all the AGVs within the circuit. This device constantly receives information from the AGVs regarding their position and operating parameters, managing traffic flow and intersections, ensuring smooth and safe movement. The supervisor is able to assign specific tasks to the AGVs, monitor battery levels and other vital parameters, and report any failures or sudden stops. In addition, the supervisor system interacts with other system elements, such as conveyor belts and Wi-Fi Start Boxes, to ensure the integration and proper functioning of all components, improving efficiency and reducing downtime.
