Scaglia Indeva presents the
INDEVA HOIST, available in the
IH500 and
IH1000 models, a new generation of hoists designed to increase ease of use, operational safety, and productivity compared to traditional systems. Both versions stand out for their advanced ergonomics and intuitive sensitive handle, which allows automatic speed variation without the use of buttons for lifting and lowering movements. INDEVA HOIST is also the only hoist on the market that can be equipped with both the sensitive handle and an optional remote control, offering extremely versatile control.
The compact and lightweight head design ensures excellent visibility of the work area and superior maneuverability, while the standard swivel joint makes load rotation easier. Automatic speed variation ensures more precise positioning and smoother handling compared to conventional hoists.
The
IH500 model supports loads of up to
500 kg, with a power consumption of
1 kW and a weight of
47 kg, making it ideal for operations requiring agility and efficiency. The
IH1000 model, on the other hand, offers a load capacity of up to
1000 kg, a power consumption of
2 kW, and a weight of
83 kg, ensuring robustness and high performance for more demanding applications.
Both models are powered at
380/400/415 VAC, 50 Hz (3 phases PE N) with a
24 V control voltage. The
FEM 9.511 – 2m – ISO 4301-1 M5 classification and
IP54 protection rating confirm the reliability and safety of the entire range, while a noise level below
70 dB contributes to a more comfortable working environment.
Maintenance is simplified by status indicators located on the power supply box, which signal any emergencies and facilitate technical interventions.
To complete the range, INDEVA Hoist offers several options to customize the hoist according to specific operational needs:
- Remote handle with sensitive grip: includes a remote handle equipped with a sensitive grip and stop and reset controls. It enables intuitive control of speed and movement without pressing buttons for lifting and lowering.
- Remote handle without sensitive grip: provides stop, reset, lift, and lower commands, offering basic load control without the sensitive function.
- Under-hook controls: integrated directly on the customer’s hook, including a sensitive handle and stop and reset buttons. This solution allows the hoist to be controlled directly from the gripping point, increasing flexibility and ease of use.
Thanks to these options, each application can be configured with the most appropriate level of control and safety, ensuring optimal performance in any operational context.
