OverviewTrackScan Sharp-Z is a zenith optical 3D scanning system for fast, precise large-scale measurement. It integrates Quad-Cross blue laser scanning, ultra-long tracking range and fully self-tracking capability. The system includes a dynamic rotary platform for automatic tracker following, dual built-in displays on scanner and tracker, fully wireless operation and dual hot-swappable batteries for continuous mobile scanning in complex environments.
Key features- Ultra-long tracking for large-scale measurement: high-resolution 50 MP industrial camera, extended depth of field, dynamic adaptive LED algorithm, up to 12 m tracking distance to reduce repositioning.
- Fully self-tracking: dynamic rotary platform with 360° measurement range up to 12 m radius; automatic tracker following maintains optimal field of view.
- Dual screens: on-scanner and on-tracker displays for real-time device status, calibration interface and probe measurements.
- High-speed scanning: Quad-Cross blue laser technology with up to 162 laser lines, up to 200 FPS and up to 10 million measurements per second.
- Multiple scanning modes: Ultra-Fast, Hyperfine and Deep-Hole / Extended-Depth modes to handle large components and precision surfaces.
- Fully wireless operation: edge computing on scanner and tracker with high-speed wireless transmission; dual hot-swappable batteries enable continuous operation.
- Customizable controls: programmable buttons for one-touch access to frequent functions.
- Industrial accuracy and stability: ISO 10360-13 compliant with multi-metric accuracy control and rigid carbon-fiber icosahedral frame for consistent structural stability.
Scanning modes- Ultra-Fast / Extended-Depth Scanning: 4×35 blue laser lines (Quad-Cross Technology).
- Hyperfine Scanning: 21 blue parallel laser lines.
- Deep-Hole Scanning: additional 1 blue laser line for narrow/deep features.
