Foaming jig for refrigerators with down-facing cabinet openings The structure is made out of electro-welded steel whereas the walls touching the cabinet are made out of aluminum. The heating occurs through copper coils embedded inside the walls. The jig’s opening as well as the product extraction is completely automatic and timed, on the other hand the loading and unloading system is manual and at man’s height. The expansion plug has interchangeable segments with a mobile front wall in order to facilitate the versioning. Lastly there is an easy-to-use command panel in order to control and start the machine.
