Tunnel-shaped foaming jig used to hold refrigerator cabinets during the injection and polymerisation of the polyurethane. RomeoTun consists in a main tunnel-shaped structure made of electro-welded iron and a double trolley running on rails. The contact surfaces are made of aluminum and heated through embedded copper piping. Moreover, the easy-to-use control panel allows to change the walls width. The foaming plugs are made according to costumer’s needs and are versionable, expanding and with interchangeable segments. The plugs are mounted onto trolleys.
