Overview
The Sealstation is an automated seal assembly solution for wire processing. It equips single or multi-conductor wires with seals prior to crimping and combines a Seal Module (SSM) with a Seal-Kit (SSK) for rapid, precise mounting and assembly of seals on wires.

Flexible application
Designed for automated cable production, the Sealstation handles various seal types including mini-seals and hard-shell seals. It integrates with specialized machines and automation systems for inline operation.

Individual separation
Seals in the Seal-Kit are agitated and oriented using vibration and directed air streams. Kits are custom-adjusted per seal variant, enabling quick reconfiguration between runs.

Precise feeding
The SSM with SSK feeds seals individually to the assembly station and positions them accurately on wires. A subsequent crimping operation secures the terminal and the seal.

Maximum efficiency
The Sealstation supports high-speed operation with industrial-grade precision, suitable for manual workstations and fully automated crimping machines. A double-seal module is available for simultaneous assembly on two-core cables.

Quality assurance
Optional monitoring systems, including sensors and cameras, permit inline inspection and sorting of defective items to ensure process control.
