OU-802SF is applicable to silicone sensitive devices. The proprietary formulation of OU-802SF makes for its good thermal conducting performance. Together with its superior wetting properties in filling surface irregularities, OU-802SF provides a cost effective solution for application where rapid heat transfer from heat source to spreader is required.
