The integrated measuring system AMS 3B SCHNEEBERGERs AMSA 3B MONORAIL is an AMS analog or digital type measuring system used for distance measurement on all protected machine tool axes which have high demands or need system precision. Based on SCHNEEBERGERs MR MONORAIL roller guide it has lengths up to 6 meters. The system is capable of complete sealing of the read head housing and additional wipers can be added for applications in contaminated environment. There is a compact separate box for the sensor electronics and by using the SCHNEEBERGER lubrication plate SPL it can be operated without central lubrication. It has a rail length up to 6000 mm.
