Description
Constant filling with the linear SCHUMA tray buffer system.
Straight filling of containers, cartons, or SLCs. This can be achieved with the linear SCHUMA tray buffer system.
The linear tray buffer system will automatically supply various containers, fill them, and discharge them. The infeed belt length can be chosen freely depending on container demand. Discharge can be done using the same conveyor belt, a subsequent separate conveyor belt, or a subsequent discharge roller track.
The box change process is indepen- dently controlled via a control unit integrated at the conveyor belt. The signal for box change is given via the customer’s machine.
