Circular filling – with the SCHUMA circulation tray buffer system. The tray circulation system provides an application in which access for infeed and removal of trays is only possible in one place. The tray buffer system circulation automatically transports trays into a defined position, centres and removes them. For this, empty trays are inserted through the conveyor belt. At the end of the conveyor belt, the trays are separated, centre don demand and filled by the customers. After filling, the tray is pushed to the discharge roller track sideways and transported away to the removal position. Optionally, the roller track can be replaced by a conveyor belt. The length and width of the conveyor belt and the roller track can be chosen freely and adjusted precisely to your needs. The PLC control controls the box change process independently.
