Scott Inline High Shear Mixers have been mixing, blending, dispersing, hydrating, de-agglomerating, and emulsifying for over 25 years. The introduction of our new HSP and HSM Inline Mixers have now given us the ability to mill, disintegrate, emulsify and homogenize at a very high level. This higher level of shear, often eliminates Colloid Mills, Stone Mills, and even homogenizers. Our Inline Mixers feature "quick change" technology which allows customers to change work-heads and even mechanical seal arrangements without having to buy new equipment. According to our customers, it is the easiest Inline Mixer to clean whether by CIP/SIP or using our tri-clamps for manual cleaning. These mixers can be used in a single pass arrangement or a recirculation loop depending on the application. Additionally, these mixers will self-pump on many products thus eliminating a transfer or circulation pump.
