Scott Mixing Modules are pre-engineered , turn-key mixing systems comprising of a tank, controls, and our Top Mounted or Bottom Mounted mixer. These Mixing Modules are designed to blend, disperse, hydrate, emulsify, and homogenize powders and liquids into liquids. Scott manufactures Mixing Modules in standard sizes ranging from 65 to 300 Gallons, and makes custom sizes ranging from 1 to 2,000 Gallons. Our Mixing Modules come with our robust sanitary Scott Tanks with dished bottoms, The standard package includes either an open top design with heavy duty bridge or dome top with a man-way; hinged tops are available as an option. Heating or cooling jackets with insulation and skin are also available upon request. Every weld is meticulously polished as standard.
