Breathing machine PULSAR is to test filtering respiratory protective devices (RPD) and breathing apparatuses. It belongs to "artificial lung" type test equipment
Operation:
Test equipment creates a pulsating flow of air that imitates human breathing.
It is used as part of other test benches where reproduction of a pulsating flow of gas-breathing mixture is required but persons are not involved, for example, in climatic chambers, penetration test chambers with test agents, and others. Artificial lungs can be used with a dummy human head.
Features:
1) Universal platform for research & quality control of RPE
It is possible to use several breathing machine installations to reproduce the breathing of a group of people with different values of lung ventilation. Tests are carried out at low noise and power consumption.
"Pulsar" has no restrictions* in test modes; the parameters of the depth and frequency of breathing are simply and flexibly changed* in the software.
*within technical possibilities
2) Modern way to control
No more manual switching. Entering the parameters of breathing depth and frequency, the start and end of "breathing" are carried out through an application on a personal computer with an English interface. "Pulsar" receives these commands via the Bluetooth channel.
It is possible to quickly and easily master the control of the "Pulsar" and involve even a laboratory intern in the work.
2) Increases the productivity of the testing process
Thanks to its own unique development of hardware and software, “Pulsar” comes to the mode instantly, and you can do more tests per day.
3) Ergonomics and mobility
The weight is no more than 25 kg.
