ML4444 GRAPHITE TWISTED YARNS BRAIDED IN A MULTI LOCK CONSTRUCTIONThe highest quality chemically resistant yarns are twisted together and braided. This packing has an extremely low coefficient of friction. The lightweight yarn provides more feet per pound than TFE packing. Graphite is a heat conductor and dissipates heat in the stuffing box, permitting higher shaft speeds and less leakage than other packings.
ML4500 GRAPHITIC PACKINGMulti-Lok braided graphite packing made from graphite yarn with a minimum of 99% carbon and a maximum of 1% ash. This dispersion coating of graphite does not contain any hydrocarbon, PTFE, or any silicone additive.
