Description

Throughout capacity : 30 to 120 tph Util width : 1.4m to 2.0m Separation dust/fines : 0 to 30mm Diameter of electromagnetic drum : Ø1.2m to Ø1.5mm Instalation : stationary To meet the cleaning needs of metallic waste, this solution is used in scrap yards, steel mills, and foundries. It consists of a robust vibrating table equipped with a screen that allows the separation of fines from 0 to 30 mm (customizable), followed by an electromagnetic drum to separate ferrous materials Optional conveyors can be added to collect fines/dust or non-ferrous materials. Finally, a robust conveyor can be installed at the output of the electromagnetic drum to optimize storage. SERAM scrap metal cleaner improves quality of scrap metal. Our system has two main functions: Soil/fine separation at screen level. The vibrating table, fitted as standard with a 1500 mm long screen with openings of 6mm and 26mm. Flow is then directed towards the electromagnetic drum. Separation of non-ferrous metals thanks to the electromagnetic drum, with an adjustable gap of 0 to 350mm between the drum and the screen. Option, additional equipment can be added to enhance the system’s efficiency: A belt dedicated to non-ferrous metals, A belt for fines, An overband for the fines conveyor
