SNAP seal belongs to the class (type) of indicative seals (IS) and is meant for sealing various stable objects, containers, storage tanks, warehouses, safes, meters, devices, rooms, etc. when applied, the seal has the form of a regular-shaped 21-millimeter octagon. Flexible blocking element is represented by a combined wire of 0.8 mm in diameter (kapron plus corrosion-resistant wire). SNAP seal is made of transparent polycarbonate of different colors natural, orange, blue, green, yellow. Marking: The seal has the following marking: a seven-digit number by laser printing method. Logotype may be marked by black laser printing. Weight of the seal does not exceed 2 g. Locking force of the seal (by hand) does not exceed 6 kg/cm. The seal is able to work within temperature range -40ºC to +60ºC. Shelf life of the seal 5 years upon manufacturing. Structure of the seal ensures one-time application its reapplication is excluded. 100% incoming material control during manufacturing of the seal and use of the companys proper machining attachments ensure stable high quality of the product.
