The Titan seal is designed for the sealing ofrailroad cars. This sealing device is versatile and can provide 100% protection against unauthorized access to goods vehicles (railroad containers, tanks with petroleum products, grain, sea containers). Properly installed seals are guaranteed protection against opening without visible traces. Main specifications: Certification ISO-PAS 17712 Patent Nº 412943-00-04-C12-0926 Belongs to the class of high security seals. Do not require additional sealing tools for installation. Flexible galvanized cable with a diameter of 5.2 mm can withstand tensile strength of not less than 20.000 N. (1.800 kg). The precision locking mechanism is securely protected by steel casing, mounted on the strong basetogether with a cable. The entire structure is coated with a protective layer of plastic. Environmentally safe. The sealing of tanks with fuel and lubricants exclude the possibility of sparks due to protective plastic coating. The housing of the seal is fire safe in accordance with GOST 89 282 550 p.1.9.2. and coated with ABS plastic of one of five colors. High impact resistant ABS plastic is non-toxic, non-explosive, has a high fire resistance. Auto-ignition temperature is over +500 º C. Heating to these temperatures is possible only under laboratory conditions. The addition of special UV-additives to enhance protection against counterfeiting. The construction with three interlocking elements, eliminates the possibility of a reverse movement of the cable after final installation of the seal. It is also impossible to screw out the wire from the properly installed seal, or tampering with of additional tools.
