Description

Pneumatic volumetric dosing machine Mod. VM with dosing head TBPS and TBPS L The pneumatic volumetric dosing machines with rotary by-pass valve are suitable for the dosing of liquid, dense and pastry products like: oil, liquid soap, honey, yogurt, milk, cream, cottage cheese, burrata cheese, sauces, putty, mascara, gel. Product feeding by hopper or by direct suction from tank TBPS head is predisposed to connect the pipe for washing, while TBPS L is recommended for food and viscous products, due to its curved design without edges that avoids product stagnation. Parts in contact with products are made in stainless steel AISI316. Components are easy to be disassembled and cleaned. Speed regulation of delivery and suction is finely adjustable by the screws integrated within the subbase plate. Compact design in minimum room allows an easy integration in automatic lines. Dosing piston gaskets made in teflon long-lasting even with abrasives. Taylor-made solutions designed by our technicians to match special customers' requirements. On request we can supply: - 2-cylinders, 3-cylinders, 4-cylinders dosing machines, multiple dosing groups mod.
