Tosçelik, a manufacturer of industrial pipes and box profiles, needed a special handling solution to speed up the in-plant transfer of sheet coils and optimize its operational processes. In response to this demand, we designed a pre-steered transfer trolley with a carrying capacity of 70 tons. Our cart provides safe transportation of heavy loads with a carrying capacity of 70,000 kg. With its 40 m/min transport speed, the system increases operational efficiency and guarantees safe transportation of loads thanks to on-vehicle equipment such as flat sheet and V-bed. Vulkollan-coated wheels combine durability and quiet operation, while the system controlled by remote control offers ease of use. Safety equipment includes flashing warning lights and an 85 dB siren, ensuring maximum safety during operation. Designed for indoor conditions and flat ground, this CE certified transfer cart perfectly fits Tosçelik’s in-plant operational processes. The front steering feature provides precise maneuverability, ensuring effective performance even in tight spaces.
