Engineering and drive technology

Gearless direct-drive servo systems provide independent drives for each plate cylinder and anilox roller, eliminating backlash and enabling flexible print repeat lengths.

Ink management and drying
Closed-chamber carbon-fiber doctor blade units ensure consistent ink transfer for solvent-based, water-based and UV inks. Integrated high-velocity hot-air drying tunnels and inter-color dryers improve curing efficiency and permit high-speed use of water-based systems.
