Metal Structures Workshops, are buildings that use an industrialized production method to build a building, and are also buildings that prefabricate some or all of the components of the building in a factory, and then transport it to the construction site to assemble the components through a reliable connection method. It has the characteristics of convenient and quick installation and construction, light weight, large span, good wind and earthquake resistance, good thermal insulation, sound insulation and other outstanding features.
1. Main structure
The beam-column member is the main load-bearing member of the factory building. It bears the load on the roof, crane beam, wall, and the wind load from the gable, and transmits these loads to the foundation. Low-alloy structural steel is used, and welded H Section steel, corrugated web members, etc.
2. Crane beam
The crane beam is placed on the corbel extending from the column, which bears the crane's own weight, the large lifting capacity of the crane and the punching force generated when the crane brakes.
3. Secondary structure - support system, purlin system
The support system includes two parts: inter-column support and roof support. Its function is to strengthen the overall rigidity and stability of the workshop structure, and mainly transmit horizontal wind loads and punching force generated by cranes.
Z-type or C-type cold-formed thin-walled purlins and wall beams, the spacing between purlins and wall beams is generally determined by the plate type and specifications of the outer protection, and must be determined after mechanical calculation
4. Envelope system
