Push back racking 1.Product Description: Push Back Racking Systems are designed for high density, multi-product storage. It combines excellent selectivity and maintenance-free structures. Nesting carriages, of this versatile system, deep store four pallets at a time. The result is extremely high pick-flows from all lane entrances facing the work aisle. As each pallet is loaded, it is placed on the free-rolling carriage and pushed back into the lane by loading additional pallets. Gravity moves the pallets forward to the aisle on the telescopic carriages during unloading. As such, no reaching or equipment driving into the rack is necessary. Push back rack have all the advantages of Drive-In and Live Storage Rack, pick and drop at the same face, first in last out and is best for the storage of mast volume and lesser SKU. It is found in small warehouse and the floor utilization is about 70%.The system is designed for standard palletized goods. Usually the system is tailor made. 2. The finish of all painted parts is an Epoxy-powder coating polymerized at 180 °C. The standard colors are RAL 5010 (= Dark Blue) for the frames and RAL 2004 (=pure orange) for the beams. Protectors are painted in RAL 1008 (= golden yellow).
