MTM160 type is specially designed trapezium grinding mill. Its structure combines different main elements such as main frame, powder concentrator, induced draught fan, speed reducer, dust collector, integrator, motor and piping device. The entire line of this grinding mill is composed of bucket elevator, mill deceleration machine, jaw crusher, vibrating feeder, main frame, blower, powder concentrator, powder collecting system, piping device and bag deduster. The grinding mill is made of new wear-resistant materials that guarantee long service life of the roller and the ring and increased crushing efficiency. The roller and ring elements are shaped in inverted trapezium, which increases grinding time and reduces the material slip velocity between rollers and ring. It also improves crushing efficiency and fineness. Comparing to the other machines in the same range, MTM160 type has the increased the density of the classifiers blades so that the production has been greatly improved. The machine also has a good sealing performance that increase working efficiency, fineness and decrease the noise and vibration.
