FinishXpert Filler is an advanced filler spray, specifically designed to enhance the quality of 3D printed objects. Engineered to work with a wide range of thermoplastic materials used in FFF and FGF technologies—such as PLA, ABS, PET, PETG, PP, and PA—this cutting-edge formula ensures exceptional results on finished parts. This material offers a filling power of approximately 15-30 microns per coat. Available in an elegant RAL 7042 gray, it is easily sandable, making it ideal for smoothing 3D printed objects with 0.2 mm layers and a 0.4 mm nozzle by applying 2 or 3 coats. The procedure is simple: apply one coat, sand, then apply another coat followed by further sanding; if necessary, repeat the cycle until a smooth surface is achieved. This product is also highly effective on PA12 parts made via SLS technology and on SLA parts made with photopolymer resins. In both cases, it helps achieve a smooth, rigid, and easily sandable surface, reduces surface roughness, corrects imperfections, or serves as a base for subsequent painting. Furthermore, FinishXpert Filler serves multiple purposes beyond filling: it can be layered over other putties, such as FinishXpert Gray Putty, for a more detailed finish, or act as an excellent primer to ensure paint adhesion.
Instructions for use:

• Start with a thoroughly clean surface.
• Shake the can well before use.
• Spray from a distance of 20-25 cm.
• Allow to dry for 2 hours before sanding or painting.
• For optimal results, apply thin layers at intervals and sand with P800/P1000 wet sandpaper or P600 dry sandpaper.
