FinishXpert Grey Metallic Putty is a two-component paste putty specifically formulated for 3D printing and designed to adhere to a wide range of thermoplastics used in FFF and FGF processes, such as PLA, ABS, PET, PETG, PP, and PA. Ideal for filling joints and gaps created when assembling multiple 3D printed parts, it can fill voids deeper than 0.1 mm. Additionally, it is capable of filling layer lines in 3D prints made with large nozzles (up to 0.5 mm deep), such as prints with a 1.5 mm nozzle and 1 mm layer height. Its consistency prevents sagging and allows for easy application. It is also effective on PA12 (SLS) parts and photopolymer resins (SLA), providing a smooth, rigid, and easily sandable surface.
Instructions for use:

• Thoroughly clean the surface.
• Take a walnut-sized amount of putty and add 2% by volume of hardener (walnut-to-coffee bean ratio).
• Mix thoroughly and apply with a spatula.
• Curing time: 30 minutes at 20C.
• Sand with P80-P120 for roughing and P180-P220 for finishing. Can be finished with FinishXpert Filler before final painting.
