Description

Designed for hydraulic equipment such as injection molding machine, die-casting machine, and hydraulic press, the MH860A series hydraulic servo drive features energy saving, high accuracy, high efficiency and durability for adopting high-performance vector control. The drive has rich external expansion and CAN communication interfaces, helping to form a multi-pump parallel system to realize the hydraulic control on large flow equipment. 1. High configuration * Smaller size, higher power density * DC reactor: The DC reactor is an optional part for 7.5kW~55kW models but a standard part for 75kW–110kW models * All series are equipped with built-in braking units, and the braking circuit is equipped with braking resistor short-circuit protection, braking circuit overcurrent and other protection functions. 2. High performance * Simple gain adjustment and gain switching function * Achieve pressure-release control with mini. reverse amount and prolong the service life of the oil pump by setting the pressure-release speed and pressure-release torque, together with the automatic pressure release and real-time oil pump blocking check and reset function * Dual expansion card interfaces, supporting Modbus, EtherCAT, PROFINET and other bus communication protocols. 3. High reliability * Built-in C3 filter * The core circuit board is equipped with the 3C3 protective coating * Compliant with CE and other international certification standards
